How much does the placement process cost?

Following our initial contact, we’ll provide you with the details of our collaboration.

How do you ensure the quality of candidates?

Every childcare professional working with NannyLand undergoes a background and experience review. We require references and collect ongoing feedback from families to ensure consistent quality and reliability.

What if the collaboration cannot continue for an objective reason?

After the final selection of the employee, if the collaboration between the employer and employee cannot continue for an objective reason within 30 days of its start, NannyLand offers the option of replacing the employee with a new candidate, provided a suitable person is available, at no additional cost.

How many candidate profiles should I expect to receive?

NannyLand sends you only candidate profiles that truly match your needs and preferences. We do not share resumes of candidates who do not meet your criteria, ensuring that your search is focused and time-efficient.

Which areas do you serve?

Our professionals are primarily based in the Attica region. However, depending on availability, we also support families across Greece and internationally.
